In the event that any Lyne F.C member feeling reason to make a complaint about a fellow member, Manager, Coach or Committee member and that the Club Policies, Rules or Code of Conduct has been broken should follow the procedures below:

They should report the matter to the Lyne F.C Secretary, and if appropriate the Child Welfare Officer, or another member of the Management Committee. 

A written report must be submitted to Secretary of Lyne F.C within seven day of the incident occurring and should contain the following information:

  1. Statement of incident
  2. Names of any others who were party to the incident or people who have been treated in a similar way.
  3. Details of any former complaints made about the incident or past incidences,
  4. Date, approximate time and place of incidence ,
  5. When and to whom made.
  6. A preference for which way you fell the committee should deal with the incident.

The Lyne F.C Management Committee will sit for any hearings that are requested. The Lyne F.C Management Committee will have the power to warn as to future conduct Suspend from membership Remove from membership any person found to have broken the Club Policies, Code of Conduct or for any other reasons the committee feels is detrimental to an individual or the Club as a whole.
